第一篇第一法适用于食品中锂、硼、钠、镁、铝、磷、硫、钾、钙、钛、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、铷、锶、钼、镉、锡、锑、钡、汞、铊、铅的测定,第一篇第二法适用于食品中铝、砷、硼、钡、钙、镉、钴、铬、铜、铁、钾、镁、锰、钼、钠、镍、磷、铅、硫、硒、锡、锶、钛、钒、锌的测定。
第二篇适用于以矿物质为原料,添加或不添加辅料的复配食品营养强化剂中钙、铜、铁、钾、镁、锰、钠、磷、锌的测定。
Scope
Part I of this standard specifies the determination of multiple-elements in foods by the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry, and Part II specifies the determination of multiple-elements in compound food nutritional fortification substances by the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry.
Method I of Part I applies to the determination of lithium, boron, sodium, magnesium, aluminum, phosphorus, sulfur, potassium, calcium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, arsenic, selenium, rubidium, strontium, molybdenum, cadmium, stannum, antimony, barium, mercury, thallium, and lead in foods. Method II of Part I applies to the determination of aluminum, arsenic, boron, barium, calcium, cadmium, cobalt, chromium, copper, iron, potassium, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, sodium, nickel, phosphorus, lead, sulfur, selenium, stannum, strontium, titanium, vanadium, and zinc in foods.
Part II applies to the determination of calcium, copper, iron, potassium, magnesium, manganese, sodium, phosphorus, and zinc in compound food nutritional fortification substances produced with minerals as the raw materials, with or without addition of auxiliary materials.
